This is another wonderful book. It starts out, as most origami books do, with the basic diagramming symbols. Instead of jumping directly to the diagrams, it has a history of origami, discussions on the creative process, and a look into chaos, fractals, and aesthetics. The diagrams don't start until a third of the way into the book. The diagrams are worth the wait with such models as the valentine, reindeer, octopus, squid, hummingbird, and other delightful models. A definite must-have.
